Paula joined Williams Industrial Services, Group LLC in February of 2014 with more than 20 years of recruiting experience. She specializes in full life-cycle recruiting, working directly with multiple partners and resources to find top talent in the power generation industry.
Paula has recruited all levels of professionals using a variety of strategies, practices, tools and methodologies. She brings extensive experience in cold-calling, networking, interviewing and negotiating.
Paula has hired candidates in diverse areas of expertise including energy, engineering, transportation, sales, finance, legal, information technology, and healthcare.
She worked with various corporations including Georgia-Pacific, Ryder, and Experis, A Manpower Group Company, and spent 14 years at CTG, Inc., a computer consulting company, as Managing Director of Recruiting where she was responsible for selecting, training and coaching recruiting professionals.
